John & Jeff do a great job, they have serviced our BMW & VW for years, very knowledgeable and fair priced.

They did a great job describing my issues with my car
I called prior for an appointment and was told it would take about 1 hour to have trans fluid added, etc. I was there for 2.5 hours (845a-1115a) which was perfectly fine as it had to cool down for an hour. The tech replaced someone else's mirror in the meantime and then invoiced me for 3 hours, then swore he worked on it for over 3 hours when I asked how that was possible. So ... $680 later, no trans fluid added, fuel filter still leaking and check engine light still on for a MAF sensor i guess I'll replace myself.
Repairing the car at this location was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Ryan and Jeff for your good work and friendly service.
