Fast, didn't try to take advantage. Communicates clearly
I brought my Lexus IS F in for an alignment at Acceleration Automotive, and overall had a great experience. They didn’t get it perfect on the first attempt, but what stood out was how they handled it afterward. After I left and noticed it still wasn’t quite right, I brought it right back, and they took care of it without any hassle. I’m sorry but these guys are straight up clowns. I cannot recommend this place. I brought a Hyundai here for an oil change and the car started having engine shutdowns after that. They claimed my engine failed with $600 in necessary repairs. I went to a different mechanic to check the engine and turns out the ONLY problem was this place was too cheap to replace the oil filter with the Hyundai branded filter and used an off-market filter instead.
