Slow.......one person in front of us and it's been over 2 hours. Still waiting to be seen. My grandma is diabetic, so this has become a bit stressful

DID NOT EVEN CALL MY SCRIPT IN, even after they assured me it was at a pharmacy that was far away because it was late. The pharmacy had no record of the script, my kid doesn’t have his medicine, and this has been a literal waste of time.
Because of back to back illnesses in my household over the last 6 weeks, I’ve actually made 3 visits to this urgent care since they’ve opened. 2 of the 3 visits were negative experiences, one of them being a good one. Each time I was I had a different health care provider. The latest visit was atrocious and I’ve just lost all trust in this place.
