Our providers have extensive training in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care and are experts at managing all the medical problems seen in Urgent Care today. Slow.......one person in front of us and it's been over 2 hours. Still waiting to be seen. My grandma is diabetic, so this has become a bit stressful

DID NOT EVEN CALL MY SCRIPT IN, even after they assured me it was at a pharmacy that was far away because it was late. The pharmacy had no record of the script, my kid doesn’t have his medicine, and this has been a literal waste of time.
Because of back to back illnesses in my household over the last 6 weeks, I’ve actually made 3 visits to this urgent care since they’ve opened. 2 of the 3 visits were negative experiences, one of them being a good one. Each time I was I had a different health care provider. The latest visit was atrocious and I’ve just lost all trust in this place.
