Nice facility, but you aren't able to book online after 4pm. About 45 minutes in and out. They don't tell you if it's in network or not with your insurance, so if you are like me and didn't think to check - you will be slapped with a big bill. I knew I should have stuck with my provider. I disclosed something personal with the medical assistant and felt a bit judged. I won't be coming back even if I was in network.
I’ve been here twice and had great experiences so far! Never crowded and easy to pick appointment times online, good in-house facilities and quick results (it was very easy to get an EKG and X-Ray), friendly & caring staff. I also liked that the online portal saved all my info from my previous visit.

I show up at 815pm with a open wound on my hand bleeding and they said they couldn't see me...so now I have to drive all the way to Temecula with my hand bleeding..and they dont close until 9pm. So much for Helping a Veteran.
Mixed reviews for me! I’ve been here a few times and never would complain. I saw PA - Jannsong which by far has been the best with bed side manners! Knew exactly the problem and didn’t have me do extra testing like X-rays and so forth! I was in and out within 30 minutes! However speed forward a week later and now my husband is sick and being seen. First off it’s been 3 hours since his appt. and we still are waiting.
