I had an appointment at the hidden springs location and accidentally came to this Clinton Keith location. The staff still accepted me and had me in and out promptly. I had my appointment at 1:18 arrived at 1:22 and was seen by the doctor around 1:40. I would have been done and out but I had to have some Covid and flu test done so I had that done by 1:50 then waited around 15 min for the results. Everything was so FAST I loved this location. Horrible service, very aggressive and rude employees. Highly recommend going to a hospital or somewhere else
My fiancé was seen today. The staff were nice. As far as the doctor he was extremely impersonable, no warmth or care coming from him. He would not listen to absolutely anything I said or my fiancé had to say and he acted as if I did not exist. Which is understandable because I was not the patient but I just wanted him to know another symptom he was having prior to everything currently happening.
