We had a shower drain issue that two other companies couldn’t resolve. Accelerated came out with one day’s notice, offered suggestions for things we could do before they arrived to save on labor, and was able to quickly get to the root of the problem. The issue has been resolved, and we now know the underlining cause. Sam was great— professional, nice, and totally reasonable in terms of cost. Will certainly call him first for any future issues.

Where to start – well let us start with the scheduling - same day -totally unheard of. Did I mention they came all the way from Vermilion to Elyria and ahead of the scheduled time? They quickly assessed the situation and came back with a quote. Shock! They did not price gouge us – We’ve been through this before…and that company tried hard to price gouge.
