Extremely unprofessional. After telling me he couldn’t talk to me about the account because only my husbands name was on it he still asked me what he could help me with, I told him what the issue was and he was extremely rude and hung up on me. Then when my husband called he got the same nasty treatment from another gentleman, asked to speak to the owner and was told oh you don’t want to speak to him he’s worse, and then was hung up on again. Accelerated Receivables Mgt just call my home to collect on a medical bill. The collector was very rude, obnocus and loud. Once he saw I wasn't going to let him bully me, he got fustrated. Before hanging up in my face he threatened my credit. Very unprofessional and a poor representation of this company. I am a Retired Military Veteran and did not fight for this country to have some JURK call my home and disrespect me. Immediately called my doctors office only to find that they had only billed one of my two insurance.
These people are the scum of the earth. Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, condescending, and arrogant. Since the owner, Francine Landau, professes to be an attorney, you might expect the employees to follow collections laws. They apparently don't even know the collections laws. If these scumbags contact you, TELL THEM NOTHING! There are many online resources to assist you in dealing with douche-bags like these.
