Not the purchased 5 star reviews! Ummmm I paid for a P.O. Box only for them to reject ALL my packages because my full legal name wasn’t on it ??? Lmaoooooo I had to track down all my packages and they are lost! I lost money -actually paid money for them to lose my packages. I spoke to USPS about this rule to have my legal name on each package and they said it’s nonsense and I absolutely should have received my packages! Do not do business with them!!

Update: Brian is amazing! So is his long time employee Max! They are so helpful and reasonable. I recently started using them to open up a business mailbox and the process was super easy, and way cheaper than I expected to purchase a small box for a year. I have used him for fingerprints, printings, mailing items out, and most recently fliers and business cards. They even have very cute and sealable priced cards (like birthday or other holiday cards).
