I am currently going for shoulder and bicep after surgery for multiple tears. They do more than just give stretches and exercises to do. They explain how/why each stretch/exercise is important to my recovery. They also make sure I know proper form and how using the rest of the body correctly will affect my recovery and future functionality. Very personalized care. You're not just another paycheck to them. I have been in PT multiple times since I was a teenager and APR is by far the best experience I've had
I go to the YMCA and have benefited by accelerated balance fitness . Older people MUST be mindful of their balance! Thank you 😊
Awesome place for physical rehab. Best place I have been to and would recommend to anybody. They are awesome at keeping you motivated and definitely help you move towards your goals quickly.
Over the years, I’ve endured ortho problems. I found out about APR PT & decided to give them a try. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, & truly care about their clients. Very relaxing & soothing atmosphere. Dave is wonderful. The exercises he gives me have helped immensely. Jess is the receptionist, always there to greet you with her smile.
So happy we chose APR for Morgan's rehab post knee injury. Not only has she made a complete recovery but David is also helping to further develop her strength to avoid another sports related injury. Flexible schedule and very accommodating. Love the clean, fresh modern space and equipment.
