Though things did not go as planned -- actually, because things didn't go as planned -- this is five star review. Cutting to the chase, I would highly recommend Accelerated Mitigation and Restoration. My wife and I were an eight hour drive away in Atlanta when a 2nd floor water pipe broke in one of our When Pigs Fly Inn guest room bathrooms here in Washington, NC. Great experience with Accelerated Mitigation and Restoration. Water heater failure led to a flooded 1st Floor and within two hours Herman and Sonia from AMR were there with the right equipment and expertise to recover quickly. They communicated a plan of attack and got to work. Could not be happier with the results/recovery. Kind and professional, AMR made a stressful situation easier to get through and all for a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! We found what we guess is black mold in our house. Within hours, Herman and Sonya were there with their mitigating equipment. As you can see in the pictures, they do fantastic work! The air quality has quickly changed ...we didn't realize how bad it was in the house. It took them about 30 minutes to complete the job, which included an environmentally-friendly spray to kill any spores that we left after the first vacuuming. I am very grateful to the Accelerate Mitigation team. The services I received from them were impeccable. They were not only very professional but respectable towards my home.
