Absolutely amazing! We found what we guess is black mold in our house. Within hours, Herman and Sonya were there with their mitigating equipment. As you can see in the pictures, they do fantastic work! The air quality has quickly changed ...we didn't realize how bad it was in the house. It took them about 30 minutes to complete the job, which included an environmentally-friendly spray to kill any spores that we left after the first vacuuming. I am very grateful to the Accelerate Mitigation team. The services I received from them were impeccable. They were not only very professional but respectable towards my home. Could not have had a better experience. Tyler and Herman removed all the stress and worry from what could have been a bad situation. Our water heater cracked and leaked all over the floor at our house. Water got under the vinyl planks and under the confined space below stairs. Tyler responded to our call immediately and his partner Herman was on site within 1.5 hours. I had a mold and water problem in my house and under my house in my crawl space. Tyler and his crew came out and did a phenomenal job! A lot of work had to be done and they were there every step of the way. Tyler is honest and open and he went above and beyond working on my behalf with my insurance company. They have a tough job and I couldn’t be more pleased with everything that they did. I would highly recommend his company to everyone!
