This company operates as a freight forwarder but lacks the willingness to assist with loading freight, often making the process difficult. Both staff and management exhibit unfriendly behavior. It's evident that this organization requires significant improvements, particularly in its management team, as many employees seem unmotivated and focused solely on receiving their paychecks. My experience here has been quite disappointing due to its unprofessional environment.

Check in window left me sitting for half hour before a random person finally asked if I was getting help. Of course the answer was no and I said Im waiting at window for that reason. Then the person, annoyed with my request, walked in the office to their computer and said the pickup can not be released until next day. The freight was ready and just needed to be released but they did not seem like they wanted to do the work.
