I called this place and the lady who answered said there was no diagnostic fee to check out a rattling sound that a Kwik Kar mechanic said was coming from the truck bed mounts. After sitting in their waiting room for only 30 mins, they took me out to the truck and confirmed the rattling noise was coming from the mounts, saying I'd need a new bed. Then I got a bill for $278. Great service from Mike with excellent timing
They did fix the issue but they overcharged. I was not informed that they charge minimum 2 hours. When I first talked with a lady she told me $135 per hour but never told min 2 hours they finished the job in 20 minutes and charged for 2 hours
Josh g is the man he gave me service without asking .. he help me get my trailer back on the road at least to park for the night and now I’m able to at least sleep .. hopefully my company get him back out here to fix it
