very bad customer service i tried to get some info about the prices but the lady who pick up the phone was disrespecfull and was speaking with low voice I asked the price one more time and she just hang up the phone i tried to call back but it was sending to voice mail

I called this place and the lady who answered said there was no diagnostic fee to check out a rattling sound that a Kwik Kar mechanic said was coming from the truck bed mounts. After sitting in their waiting room for only 30 mins, they took me out to the truck and confirmed the rattling noise was coming from the mounts, saying I'd need a new bed. Then I got a bill for $278.
