Torrey and instructors are great for knowledge and experience. Good advice when I needed. The studio is clean. If they can add few more minutes sanitize work for floor and equipments (because we sweat a lot) between classes, I can give 5 stars:) .
Working out with Torrey at Accelerated Fitness is fun and rewarding! I’ve had memberships at other gyms but couldn’t find the motivation to actually show up and engage. Working out in a team environment with a coach changed everything. Thank you Torrey, for what you do!
This is the only gym I've ever been able to stick with. I highly recommend it.
Torrey is awesome and these classes are great. High tempo if you want but you can also go at your pace. Great for any age. I have transitioned most of my workouts to this gym.
As a Grandma who hadn't focused on her health for awhile, I was nervous to visit Accelerated Fitness. Now, I'm so glad I did! Coach Torrey made me feel comfortable from day 1. He truly cares about people and shows up for you every day to keep you feeling safe, but challenged.
