Charlotte location, plan on waiting at least a hour to get loaded. Nobody checks you in or acknowledges your existence. Not a great place for freight pickup.
OTR: Location UPS. Closed Saturday 7am to Sun 7pm. Overnight parking available. Bathroom onsite. Quiet. Plenty of space to maneuver. If arrive for Drop and Hook when they are closed, put the trailer in Dock and leave BoL at Guard Shack. Shipping and Receiving office is located between dock 7 and 8.
