Worst vendor experience we have ever had, and its not even close.
We finally ended a lease and purchased the copier we were leasing. Ten days later it stopped working completely, and the parts we would have had to purchase cost more than the machine! We had also signed up for maintenance on this machine and when we asked to be let out of the contract as the machine no longer existed -- they REFUSED!. We even offered to make the first quarterly payment, but they REFUSED!. We now have to pay these opportunists for a year of maintenance on a machine we can no longer use!!! The worst contract I ever signed is with Accelerated Business Solutions! I am happy to say that my contract with them is over. After 5 LONG years the defective copy machine that they were instrumental in leasing to me is now MINE?@# There is no way to get rid of it unless I pay them $500---OUTRAGEOUS!!! Buyer beware...STAY AWAY FROM ACCELERATED BUSINESS SOLUTIONS!
