Attention drivers: A few days ago, I had two flat tires and called this company to bring me two new tires. They delivered them at $450 each, which I didn’t have a choice about—no other options. Then I asked for one mufflat holder, and they charged me $340.15 for that single part. On top of that, just for the daytime call, they charged $250. Labor was $350, plus tax and extra fees. We had a tire blow out about 11 miles from their shop. 1 trailer tire cost $1,200. They charged more time than they were there and claimed that since it was an inside tire that removing the outside tire was an "hour per tire". I guess Roadside service has the right to charge as they want, but we have the right to expose overcharging and recommend others to go another route because of pricing. I can post the receipt if there is any questions about it. Also got home and 2 of the lugnuts were about ready to come off

Had a problem running on the I44 west in Missouri, couldn’t engage the transmission. Called this company not knowing who they were, used them for the first time being stranded on the on ramp on I44 west at exit 153 on ramp. They responded to my call with a few minutes, mine you, it was around 2300 hours Missouri time, they had a gentleman show up in a service truck within a half hour.
