I would give them zero Star if I could, I don’t know where they got those good reviews probably from their own people. I called for the roadside service they sent a terrible Mechanic to replace one of my coolant houses he couldn’t get it right, and after fixing it, I find out their mechanic caused damage to other coolant lines. I call them to address the issue they refuse. They put on my work invoice unknowing address. It’s a phony! I will take them to the court. very rude, and very unprofessional. please stay away!!
Great service. They got right to my driver on a Sunday morning. Called at 7:15 am and he was rolling at 10:45 am.

STOP THE PRESS!!!! I have to keep it real and say that ADR is the best roadside assistance that I have had in a loooong time! The response was great! The arrival time was very quick and my tech David went straight to the problem and had me up and rolling in less than 15 minutes. I roll up this way (Marion, IL) all the time and ADR has made a loyal customer out of me! Good job! Keep up the good work David! You are great at what you do!🥂
