5 stars all day long! Such a fun environment while getting high-energy workout. Also Amy is fabulous. She is very motivating and encouraging! She provides a mix of different intensities in every class.

I took my first spin class here about 2 months ago, and I have been enjoying it ever since! I was completely new to spinning, but everyone was welcoming and helpful, and Amy is a very motivating and encouraging instructor. I’m really glad I decided to come here, and I always leave feeling like I had a great workout!

I absolutely LOVE this studio and Amy! I have been spinning here since March and have never felt more fit! I greatly enjoy how Amy creates a sense of friendship among all of her spinners. If anyone is looking for a local, reasonable place to start your fitness journey or to give yourself a challenge I would HIGHLY recommend Accelerate Studio with Amy!

Amy does a wonderful job creating a positive, judgment free workout space. Regardless of your fitness level I highly recommend Accelerate Spin Studio. Amy is patient and willing to help you meet any of your fitness goals. She truly fosters an environment that feels like family!

If you are looking for a spin class with friendly people, judgment free, and really good workout then I suggest Accelerate Cycle Studio! I was nervous at first and had trouble keeping up but it was worth it! I did my first challenge class and now I'm really hooked. They started as people at spin to my spin class family! Thank you Amy for pushing me to keep going. You are an inspiration 💕
