Great local place to spin! All levels - Amy takes the time to show/teach you proper form. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in! I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean and friendly studio!
Spinning classes with Amy are seriously the best! I've tried a few different places, but this one is a total winner. The classes are small, which means Amy can really focus on everyone and make sure we're getting the most out of the workout. She's super helpful and always knows how to motivate me to push a little harder. Plus, the classes are really interactive, so it feels more like working out with friends than just another boring gym class. And the price? Totally reasonable for the quality you're getting. 5 stars all day long! Such a fun environment while getting high-energy workout. Also Amy is fabulous. She is very motivating and encouraging! She provides a mix of different intensities in every class.
I took my first spin class here about 2 months ago, and I have been enjoying it ever since! I was completely new to spinning, but everyone was welcoming and helpful, and Amy is a very motivating and encouraging instructor. I’m really glad I decided to come here, and I always leave feeling like I had a great workout!
I absolutely LOVE this studio and Amy! I have been spinning here since March and have never felt more fit! I greatly enjoy how Amy creates a sense of friendship among all of her spinners. If anyone is looking for a local, reasonable place to start your fitness journey or to give yourself a challenge I would HIGHLY recommend Accelerate Studio with Amy!
