I really appreciated working with Sanford and the team! They were quick with getting me the information on what was wrong with my Ford Excursion! They also gave me great advice on what needed to be done to keep it rolling down the road! They worked with my crazy busy schedule! I will be bringing my F-350 next! It's hard to find good mechanics and shops to work on the old diesels! However they were great! I rate the EXCELLENT!!
BEWARE!!!! My family has done business with this shop for over 20yrs. They are no longer good! I set a 1300 budget and took my truck to them for coolant leak and intense vibration. Took them a week to find the leaking water pump. Smh. They return the truck with intense vibration in the wheel and I told them that was the priority. I took it to them a second time, they report unable to duplicate the intense vibration in steering wheel. It literally feels like the wheel is gonna fall off when you get over 50mph!!!! Sanford is the reason I’m coming back to change this. His customer service is 5 stars. Truly a great human being.
They fixed my 2009 Cadillac Escalade at an extremely reasonable price. Another car repair shop was not able to find/fix the problem. This was a long continuous problem I had and they repaired it in 2 days. Great customer service.
