The service initially started great, they were helpful over the phone. However, I booked my ute in to see what the problem was with my Redarc brake controller (installed elsewhere), knowing there was a minimum 1hr cost. They identified a blown fuse in my ute, changed it, checked it again with one of their trailers and seemed to work fine. They didn't check over anything else in the hour and they just put it down to the wiring in my van blowing the fuse. Great service. Friendly, prompt and they called before just going ahead with the extra issues found at time of the service. Also continued updates throughout the service to let me know when car was ready for pick up. Thanks guys, very happy.
