Great place, feels like a family here.
They are rude and unprofessional, This guy Gideon has been doing my taxes for years. , I went to the IRS website and I realized that the amount that he was paying me was not the amount that IRS was paying me it was less $2000 every year. I’ve called his office NO RESPONSE . I’ve texted him no response and some of the family members that complained. He went back and edited their taxes and now they owe money to IRS.. The lady who answers the call is very rude. She is not helpful at all.
Be careful with this place, they will go dark and not respond to you when you need help with explaining to you why you owe money to the IRS. Stay away.
