My AC stopped working on Sunday. Tony called Monday and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. He fixed the unit within 30 minutes of his arrival. He was prompt, courteous, and fully answered my questions.

On 5/21, I contacted my home warranty company about my AC having issues. They assigned Accel as my service provider. On 5/24, Accel contacted me and came to my home. He diagnosed my AC as failing and said he would be moving forward with a full replacement and to expect a call from the warranty company about non-covered costs.
