I have been coming to Accel for over 25 years. John and his team are exceptionally skilled and trustworthy. Most recently John rapidly diagnosed a mechanical problem that had stumped my Honda dealer. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is top-notch. Highest possible recommendation.
We blew a tire one minute from Accel Automotive. Happen to pull in by accident to this mechanic ready to change our tire to the spare ourselves to realize we had nothing of what we needed because of the custom rims on my car. We asked for some initial help to get a bolt off which turned into us needing much more help as the 45 mins kept unfolding. John jumped right in and helped us left and right as we asked. Love the people at Accel. John is amazing. He's fair and trustworthy. Fair prices. Loaner cars available, so I can get my errands done while my car is being fixed. If they mess up, which is rare, they handle things without additional stress. Still a loyal fan of Accel. I appreciate the professionalism and care they still put into my car.
GENTLEMEN WITH CLASS DO STILL EXSIST! Longtime Waltham resident. I left for a few years but came back to raise my family here. Yesterday, I had the refreshingly pleasant experience of bringing my car to Accel. I was experiencing highway speed issues w/my Sentra & w/no check engine light illuminated, making it difficult to diagnose. I left it w/them in the hopes of getting to the bottom of the issue & associated repair cost.
