Yesterday, I had the refreshingly pleasant experience of bringing my car to Accel. I was experiencing highway speed issues w/my Sentra & w/no check engine light illuminated, making it difficult to diagnose. I left it w/them in the hopes of getting to the bottom of the issue & associated repair cost. Up until I started going to Accel, I always felt like the process of having my car fixed was like playing a game of Russian roulette. I can't say enough about these guys in terms of making me feel comfortable about having my car serviced. John explains everything in detail, goes over the costs and communicates well. I've been going to them for well over 20 years and never had a problem. They stand behind their work and are professional in every way. I send everyone I know to them.

Were able to figure out my issue quick and repair costs were reasonable. Had my car back and working the next day.
