So I made an appointment for Wednesday 11/13 to have my own parts installed by Jay four tires,a wheel alignment and rear brake pads drop the vehicle off by 5:00 a.m. cuz I had to be at work by 6:00 wife followed me gave me a right back so I can get my other car and go to work call them back around 4:00 in the afternoon I was told brake pads were on and the tires were on they were waiting for the alignment machine to get freed up having some issues with the vehicle they were trying to align before mine I mentioned to them I n... read more
