If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in for a brake wear light on my dash that needed a simple brake pad and rotor change on all four wheels. I had Accel do it because they said they could get it done quickly but after several times bringing my car in, my dash lights are still on and other things have been broken and tampered with. Waited for almost two whole days for them to figure out what was drawing power from my battery. Pretty sure their just trying to squeeze as much money as possible. Also said theyd call in the morning right away, now its past noon and i have work soon👎🏼

Reckless. Tried passing me in a no-passing blind curve going at least 20mph over the speed limit.

Giving them 1 star just because 0 star review doesn't exist. Called them for roadside, they said they can work on paccar engines, they got there after 2 hrs, hooked up computer (improper equipment). They didn't have equipment they said, they had some basic tools from ebay. Did 10 minutes check and told me they can't help and charged us $426 for that. They were threatening to me and my driver they will impound the truck if we don't pay. These guys shouldn't be in the business, wish them all the worst in their lives.
