Carl and his team are great. Pleasure to work with.
I took my car in because it was making a clunking noise. They told me 3 different mechanics couldn’t find the problem. But they assured me it wasn’t a safety issue and recommended that I “just drive it around until it gets worse. Then bring it back and see if we can find the problem “ Took it to another shop and was diagnosed within 30 minutes. Turns out it was the lower ball joint, which very well could be a safety concern! I have now switched to the new shop. Thanks for nothing, Accel.

Just saw this truck speed around not only me who had my kids with me, but also the school bus in front of me letting kids off . Not impressed!!
