Horrible doesn’t show up , don’t waist your time and energy
After our truck got stuck and had to sit for 3 days due to a tow ban it was buried in snow and ice. We called captains auto and bobs towing, both worked together and hooked BOTH light duty tow trucks (5500 chassis) trucks to try and pull, they maxed out there winch's and the truck didn't even budge an inch. This took them a total of 2 hours. We were convinced we needed a medium to heavy duty wrecker and was told it’d be a 24-48 wait. We called Accel auto and they came out within an hour!
