I would not recommend this place any loved ones sorry. 3 times my mother needed to be rushed to the hospital for surgery due to neglect . We captured on video as proof . We ended up removing my mom . They wasn’t feeding her properly through the g tube , wasnt doing oral care , i had to go and see me my and do most of all that stuff myself . It has been a week and we are still waiting for news on the investigation on my dad being attacked by his former roommate. I guess since my dad was removed from that facility his rights do not matter. My dad is a quadriplegic he depends on others to take care of him. Accel is not that place. My mother was sent there for rehabilitation if her leg went in healthy came out hardly function speaking or moving, we called 911 left her in her urine during her stay, was rushed to the hospital with dehydration and no mental awareness. This place almost killed my mother planning on filing a class action lawsuit against this company. I also feel they were giving her sleeping pills or something to put her to sleep for her stay. They almost killed my mom and she is still jot normal.
RecommendedMy dad has only been here a week but went to another facility prior where he was not happy and we struggled to get any communication from them about him during the Covid lockdown. He went into this facility grumpy and unhappy. That didn’t last long! He says they are nice, and we have had no issues getting info in his progress. Every person I have spoken to knows him and details about him because have made the effort to meet him. We are thrilled so far with our experience and are so very glad we made the change!

I have been a resident here for two years. First it is important to say there are a number of highly qualified, hard working and attentive staff here at Willow Bend. They do their best under trying circumstances. They are, however, very short staffed and often pushed to their limits. I am sure the challenges presented by the pandemic make it more difficult but challenging times call for extraordinary measures and I do not feel they are meeting the challenge very well and supervision is not on top of the situation.
