Steve does excellent work and pays attention to detail. Reasonable prices and always shows up on time.
I am posting this on behalf of my parents who hired this person to expand three interior doorways so that they would be accessible for walkers or a wheelchair. They were perfectly clear that they wanted the doorways widened to accommodate potential future need for walkers. Accardi made things so much worse. We now have to hire someone to fix the damage that was done. Why in the world would you put raised saddles in the door entries???? Accardi & Son has done a bunch of projects for me this year, from the irritating and dumb (fixing the double-decker corner cabinet spinner I broke a decade ago) to "must-fixes" (replacing rotten deck boards, replacing a door, rebuilding some stairs, etc.) to really nice things (installing marble backsplash tiles ~ flawlessly ~ in the kitchen). He wired and installed an overhead light in our living room, fixed my chimney and surrounding flashing, installed a new dryer vent, and replaced an outdoor electrical receptacle.
