I called today to try and schedule an appointment to come in and get my business taxes done. I was just explaining my situation and why I was booking an appointment to the woman on the phone. Before she rulely interrupted me and told me that this was not a business for advice. And then I shouldn't be calling them for advice. When that was not what I was trying to do.
