Ricardo hid the value of the car, and made me pay double! Value says $2700 according to what they put down, we agreed that after i put $1,000 down, the total would be $4500... i paid over $7400 for the car. He kept saying the total over and over....the number we agreed on, i trusted him, but he distracted me enough to where i didnt catch what he had me sign for. Ricardo was amazing. He got us in a car which was safe, clean & in our budget, the very same day, despite some major obstacles. He was honest, thorough & compassionate, not qualities you expect in a dealer. I'm a single mama, I had my son with me, and he was incredibly patient with my son, the entire 7 hrs were there. I purchased a truck from Next Step last week and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I live 4+ hours south of Layton so there was a lot of communication that happened over the phone. Scott was able to answer all my questions quickly and made me feel confident about the truck before I saw it. I was able to fly up to SLC and Bailey from the dealership picked me up at the airport.
