My mom ordered gold bars, and we’ve had to make multiple trips to pick them up. Every time, staff told us the order was ready, but when we arrived, there was always another excuse and we couldn’t get the order. This has wasted our time, fuel, and caused a lot of frustration. Staff should provide accurate information instead of repeatedly asking customers to come in when the order isn’t actually ready. Very poor communication and customer service.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. I ordered a 10-gram gold bar and went to the store four different times to pick it up, but each time I was given a different excuse and they still did not provide it. Before going to the store, I called every time to confirm that my gold bar was ready and was told to come and pick it up. However, when I arrived, the experience was completely different, and I was treated very poorly..especially by an employee named Harnoor.... read more
