Super expensive. Same chain i got from other store for 1400 and they were asking for 1845.
I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews. But the customer service here was shocking. This is regarding the main lady who is likely an owner or manager (not the helpers, whom were friendly). She speaks very rudely in general for no reason. I don’t even know why she was rude because there was nothing that happened? I just walked in and asked if they can repair my jewelry and was ready to work with them. The lady just talked down with a rude tone for no reason? I had a great experience at ACC Jewelry Shop! Harnoor was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without making us feel rushed. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the whole shopping experience enjoyable.
