It was a really good experience with Gold.
Really disappointed with the customer service at ACC Jewellers. As a customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect, but lady came across as dismissive and uninterested in helping also very rude.The interaction felt rushed, and my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Overall, not a pleasant experience, and I hope they improve how they treat customers.
