The ACC team was wonderful in taking care of my mom, from the Care Manager collecting information about her needs, to the knowledgeable and consistent caregivers, the responsive schedulers and billers. They do not match you with client. They can be nasty if you are with a client and cannot be bothered with nuisance calls from them! Every client I worked with complained about this girl! Has no respect for people when trying to fill position. They don’t ask if you want a certain assignment - they just give it to you! Not good staff at all!
