After some disappointments with a different home health care agency, I searched nearby agencies and their respective reviews. Based upon ACC Avon’s reviews, I decided to interview them and thought that they would be able to meet the needs of our elderly family member. ACC provided quality care for my mother helping to keep her safe as her medical needs increased in her independent residence.
Impressed on all fronts. Office staff great at communicating with our family when there were any changes. They have their phones 24 hours a day so we felt comfortable knowing what was happening as it was happening.
Meghan is absolutely wonderful to work with. I had changes every other week it seemed because my mom at age 94 was difficult. A couple of the gals that would care for my mom were absolutely wonderful. Very rarely were they late to visit my mom and if they were it was because of the prior client they had…. They would let me know so I could relay the message to mom. My mom needed company even though she fought me on it. It was very helpful.
