We have recently had our bathroom completely renovated by ACAS and we are extremely pleased with the result. The fitter, John worked very hard ably supported by the rest of the friendly team. Everything ran smoothly from the initial design to the finished product. We are really impressed with ACAS bathrooms.
We have just had our bathroom done by ACAS Bathrooms and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. The process was smooth from start to finish and Jack was brilliant at helping with our design and keeping us up to date throughout. Highly recommend looking at ACAS if you’re thinking about renovating your bathroom.
Communication started well, was advised that I could change options from estimate. Did change a few and sent in for a new estimate and asked for a 3d design. Replied to email to say this can be done and will sort for following week. Three weeks have passed and still heard nothing. An email would’ve been nice to say they don’t want to do the job.
Second bathroom by ACAS - great support from Jack to choose the right layout, furniture, and patience with me as I got my head around what I wanted in the en suite. The team on task were lovely, friendly and happy to work around me in and out, work area was kept tidy and clean, they were a genuine pleasure to have around. Small snags fixed immediately with a smile, and the finished room is exactly what I wanted and needed. Exceptional communication and support throughout. Thanks all involved :)
