I’ve only been dealing with them a little over a month now and can definitely see why they have a 2 start rating. My dupixent was delivered to an address I haven’t lived at in over a year. Funny part is my first delivery last month was sent to the correct address and I told them multiple times to remove the old address from my account. So now I’m waiting to see what resolution they’re going to come up with. Oh and customer service is trash as well Smh

They keep scam calling me. I have never used this pharmacy and I live no whare near it idk why they keep saying they have my prescriptions

I spend more than 15 mins on the phone every time I need a refill. More than a third of that time I am on hold. You get handed around to at least 2 different people, just to set up delivery. I wish I knew a different option for my son's meds. I would switch in a heart beat. Sometimes I have spend 30 minds to a hour to get no where.

absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. everyone speak to tells me a different answer as to why i cannot get my medication. i have contacted both my doctor as well as my insurance and they have verified that everything is in order and are confused as to why i cannot get my prescription delivered. i am currently 3 weeks late on my dose and was incorrectly billed a $40 copay (was supposed to be $5) and then told by another employee the month after that my copay was suddenly $120. no one here has ANY clue whatsoever what they are d... read more
