This was the smoothest vehicle rental I have ever experienced. I made an online reservation about two months ahead of when I needed the vehicle. Dave called me about one month before my arrival to confirm the reservation and tell me everything I needed to know about the rental. When I arrived, I had the vehicle in about 10 minutes. From start to finish very smooth experience. The rental was clean. Dave was very helpful, considerate, and responsive. They continued to honor insurance rates after I had reached my limit and worked with my schedule. Would definitely recommend!

Dave and his other employee I met (sorry, I forgot his name) were the greatest guys ever and so personable, professional and just downright awesome with their customer service when I needed a rental right away. They worked with my insurance so I didn't have to and were very accommodating when I needed to keep it longer. Always answered my calls! They just went above and beyond with stuff I needed help with. I'd recommend this company above any other I've ever used!! Thank you Dave!!

Top notch experience. Car was waiting when we arrived at Hibbing Airport. Great vehicle and super easy return process. Highly recommend Acar!
