The owner Tahira has this passion & love for workout & she transferred it to all of us. It’s my happy place where I feel that I can be me without any judgement & build strength in my muscles & get stronger every day💪

I've been going to ADF StayFit since the fall of last year. The owner is very kind, welcoming, and is passionate about the health and wellbeing of the gym's members. I would recommend this gym to any woman who is striving towards her fitness goals in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Stay blessed!

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and needs to be shared. I recommended this gym to a friend, who had been attending regularly for a month. For the second month, they decided to take a short break. However, when they returned for a workout, the system still allowed entry after scanning the code. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the gym owner approached them in front of everyone and told them—publicly and in a humiliating manner—to leave immediately.
