I loved this gym, clean, fully equipped and welcoming. Energizing and inclusive atmosphere, highly motivating, focused and free of intimidation for all fitness levels. Loved the screens with real workouts instead of the news. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful!!!
Horrible prices. Charges 50 dollars JUST to join. Women can’t do anything in peace now that’s so weird. All I wanted was to workout out peacefully. Not a single women only gym near by. Other people get to pay barely anything to go to the gym and just because I’m a Muslim women I have to suffer with outrageous costs???
Best place to just let your hair down and workout without judgement. The owner goes above and beyond to cover all your gym amenities, including a sauna and massage chairs!
ADF is my home away from home. This place is not for workout only but it builds sisterhood, confidence & love for self care among women. The owner Tahira has this passion & love for workout & she transferred it to all of us. It’s my happy place where I feel that I can be me without any judgement & build strength in my muscles & get stronger every day💪
I've been going to ADF StayFit since the fall of last year. The owner is very kind, welcoming, and is passionate about the health and wellbeing of the gym's members. I would recommend this gym to any woman who is striving towards her fitness goals in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Stay blessed!
