Unprofessional customer service We had some brake work done on our 93 Crown Victoria here, and brought the car back when something was wrong with the brakes. They got very nasty, refused to admit that their work might have caused the problem, threatening to call the police, when we didn't like the new estimate. Took the car somewhere to repair the problem and discovered that the Acalanes appraisal of the problem was wrong. (It wasn't an obvious fix.)
Acalanes Tire Svc & Repair is one stop shopping This place is one stop shopping! I had a front wheel alignment, oil change and air conditioning service and it was way less than what I was expecting and the staff was really professional. My car was even clean inside afterwards. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.
