Not sure what’s going on with this therapist, she doesn’t answer the phone (ph# advertised everywhere doesn’t work), she canceled my 1st appointment at the last minute and didn’t show up for the 2nd. Reading the reviews, this is a habit … terrible customer service! Not sure how she stays in business. She doesn’t answer messages either, so save your money and go somewhere else
Do not attempt to patronize this business! Should be zero stars! The phone number doesn’t work, they don’t respond to the chat, the website will allow you to book online, then she cancelled on me 2hrs before via text, ruining my wife’s birthday surprise! Horrible customer service!
The merchant cancelled my appointment last minute while I was in their parking lot about to check in. Would not recommend.
