After reading these reviews i don’t think I’m gonna take a chance on these guys i once broke down in Texas and it chose $50 just like 4 years ago so i ain’t about to pay $200 for them to come out and possibly not even take it where i need it. With all these bad reviews about price and policy makes me really nervous
Hey, about that tow this afternoon . My E250 weighs six thousand pounds so the state’s max for non-consensual pulls is $175 5 minute job in mud should be nowhere near $250 but you’re still eighty-five over the legal limit. Refund the eighty-five or I’ll email this to the Louisiana PSC and dispute the rest with my bank; they’ll yank it back in ten days anyway. Let’s just end it here—send the refund. You lied about state requires $300. See you in the court, this is gonna be big.
Acadians Wrecker came out, was not able to get us out of the mud and charged us $200.00 for nothing, now we have to call another one and spend more money. I can understand a $50.00 service call for the 15 minute drive, we are in the same town but $200.00. That’s bad business.
