Excellent service and quality vehicles! We had the chance to experience both the trolley and the large party bus on our wedding night (both are great). The vehicles were clean and accommodating and the drivers were safe and welcoming. I would gladly recommended this company for any tux/limo related needs
the deposits are claimed to be non refundable and they take your deposit over phone without any disclosure of this nonrefundable deposit. I held a limo for 5 days (reasonable amount of time to cancel before event date) and they insist on keeping deposit of 350.00! I would not recommend as they do not honor a refund if you change your mind.
My nephew got married this weekend he had to get someone else to pick the bride up bc it was No air on the bus. When he called they told him the bus was back 30min late so he couldn't get any type of refund. Then he went to get the paperwork so that he could see what time bus arrived he was told he couldn't get any paperwork. Why? I'm very disappointed for him 600 for what? I feel yall could have gave him half of his money back and on top of all of that it wasn't the bus he wanted. Very bad business. I want to see what yall ... read more
Don't come here! Bad business. Did not get bus ordered. Driver showed up in a bus with broken ac and told everyone there was nothing he could do. Was told we could not get a refund because we went 30 minutes over. Groom had to make other transportation arrangements for the bride because it was too hot for her to ride on there. Very dissatisfied!👎🏾
My parents loved their limo experience! The driver was so nice and accommodating! The limo ride was the icing on the cake for their 43rd wedding anniversary! Thank you for your service!
