Dr. Bhardwaj is a very caring and competent doctor. His staff is very accessible and he was kind enough to see my child quickly when in need. As a surgeon myself, I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Bhardwaj.
They take way too long and don't really help you, and it's super hot in the building
Dr. Bhardwaj is a highly capable and authentic doctor who has gone above and beyond for my child. He is serious about practicing medicine and has passion for his work. He has been handling my son's recurrent pancreatitis for the last few years both in his office and in the hospital. He has had the most common sense and practicality out of multiple doctors that we've seen concerning my son's issues between Lafayette, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans. Staff is horrible! No one ever answers the phone! The staff is very careless and negligent, they even sent me another child’s lab form! They scheduled my child for an appointment on a day the office was not even opened! I had to drive over an hour just to find that out! I’ve just never had to experience this lack of care from a doctors office. I’m so disappointed. Who can I run to that can care for my child if every where I go they say “you have to call his doctor” ok the doctor never answers the phone!!!!! Would not recomme... read more
