Ms. Emily was Awesome! I went in with absolutely no Idea what I needed. I was totally discouraged with my health insurance and thought there was no good to come to me. Ms. Emily changed all of that. I cant thank her enough for giving me hope again.
I had gone to several seminars regarding Medicare, etc. All of them tried to push me into getting an advantage plan, which I wanted nothing to do with. She was clear in her message and helped me to understand Medicare, etc. Kristie listened to what I wanted and helped guide me to my Medicare plan (part A & B), Medigap plan, and Part D Drug plan.
