Had him come with his goofy hat to clean and inspect fireplace. Paid the money and he said I need a cap on the chimney. Paid a Buttload of money for him to make this “custom” cap and it still leaked. Was supposed to come back out and never did. This was in 18’
if i could do no stars i would he charged me 79 dollars and never came back.then i called gulf coast fireplaces and there people were so nice they can schedule a professional in little than 4 hours.

Called Acadiana Chimney Sweep because he advertised fixing chimney leaks. He arrived inspected my chimney and told me I owed him $79 and that he would put together a quote to fix the leak. He called back a week and half later asking if he forgot his hat at my house. At that time I asked if he had prepared my estimate, he stated that he didn't and would call me back that afternoon. Still raining down my chimney and I've never received an estimate, I feel like I've been had for $79.
