Use a local company instead of Acadian. Sold me a new NVR so I could watch my cameras from home. What they didn’t tell me is that the NVR was not comparable with the old cameras and I’d have to spend 4k on new cameras on top of the 1.7k I just spent for the NVR. Local company came out and bought the NVR needed and some new equipment and everything runs perfectly and they did it for half the price.
Had to get a recorder replaced and didn’t realize it would cost $700.00. Was not informed of the price until receiving the bill in the mail. We would not of had it repaired if we had known the cost. Always something new going wrong. Will be discontinued the service in the very near future!
If I could give them zero stars I would. The most useless alarm system. The service techs are nice and I know this because I have to constantly call them out for constant malfunctions or alerts. Spent around 5k for the install and something is always malfunctioning. Very rarely does the system work at full capacity. We pay the yearly renewal of over $600 and then when we had over 15 malfunctions they charged me another $600 to fix them all. I have had Acadian Total Security for over four years, Customer Service is the best the system has never failed us. I recommended them to my family and friends.
