Be very wary of this companies contract. When the sells agent came to our home he told us it would be a two year contract. Almost all of the equipment was already preexisting and hardwired in my home from our last alarm company. Fast forward to now, we are moving and I call to find out about the payout which I was under assumption was a 2 year contract to find out that it is a 5 year and they want me to pay $2000 more to pay it out and is now told the only way for me to not pay it is if our purchasers would agree to sign a 5... read more
Don't try and ask for customer service because you will be on hold to tell you that your panel box is 10 years old when your house is only 5 years old. i was hung up on once and I am still without any help. 2 stars only because i had god service from them one time before
cause they do new contracts without people knowing about it locks them into another 5 years so it you sell your house you are screwed having keep paying for a service that no longer activated there no prorated or nothing at least satalite campanys prorate at a lower price for cancellation

Great service and great service installers.
We really like the system we have had installed. They are quick to call and message if there is a security issue. We are just having problems with one sensor and they replaced it. But still have a problem that they are working on.

The sales and service staff are amazing. We have the security system, doorbell camera as well as security cameras. Would the alarm company is very quick to respond to our alarms. Amazing people and company. Would recommend them to everyone
