Security cameras are junk. Salesman is quick to respond until the contract is signed and then that’s over with quick once you sign. Customer service is lacking. Voicemail on all the customer service lines work great but they never respond. You can delete this but I will keep reposting.
Security cameras are trash, customer service is not to be found, once you sign the contract you are screwed.

I wouldn't use them if my life depended on it.
We have been Acadian since 2017; the service is amazing. They have a quick response time. The only thing I have a problem with is the constant tamper signals going off on either the panel or one of the window sensors.
