I am extremely disappointed with the service my medically fragile child and I received from Acadian EMS on September 17, 2025. Our scheduled pickup time was 7:15 a.m. from Fresno for an 8:15 a.m. appointment at Texas Children’s Hospital in Katy. The driver chose not to take the highway or the beltway, resulting in a late arrival at 8:56 a.m.—well past the appointment time. They came very quickly. I had fallen and they got me up and took wonderful care to me. I've used them several times and the are very professional and took very good care of me.
Took 25-30 minutes for an ambulance from this company to show up for a victim with gun shot wounds.

Odette Dougherty & Zack Roberts transported my brother from HCA SE to Sylvan on 2/6/24. These two professionals were so kind and patient with my para brother. Did their best to accommodate and keep him comfortable and warm. I compliment them and thank you for having employees of that caliber. I pray that they are rewarded for their efforts. In Christ!
