Our daughter broke her leg and we needed to get her from hospital in New Iberia to our home in Lafayette. We had to wait a couple of hours to get picked up, which was understandable as we were not an emergency. But Brandi and Farrah were wonderful. Our daughter is a special person, 53 years old. You would be better off calling an Uber driver than trusting Acadian Ambulance with you or your loved ones care. We had 2 absolutely horrible experiences with this company with their lack of efficiency and treatment of my grandmother. Several of my family members have provided written and verbal complaints to which we were told someone would reach out to us. That's was almost a month ago and none of us have heard back.
