There Is no way, this ambulance service is a 2.7. We have used this service at least two twice and have heard from others who we have recommended. That brings to the table to at least 7. In short , it would take to long to explain but for many years I was a 911 operator. I know experience when I see it!! Care,safety,communication, professional conduct ECT.ECT .
Let me tell you about my experience with them, I was hurt trouble breathing a high fever and heart rate, okay this driver was totally COMPLETE rude and had no kinda empathy her name is TIFFANY I reported her but this isn't the first time that this happened to me, she basally thought that I shouldn't have called them because there was other people sicker then me I got out of the ambulance and on top of all this she was digging in my purse and I would have let her but she didn't ask me I had no idea what she was doing and then... read more
My husband is in a nursing home and is a dialysis patient. Twice this week Acadian has made him late for appointments. First time, he had a procedural appointment at 2:30; he was supposed to be picked up at 1:45; he was picked up at 2:30. He had dialysis scheduled at 3:30. Since he was almost an hour late for his first procedure (thankfully the doctor worked him in), but this put him late for dialysis and he was refused because it was so late.
