They will over charge you. Your insurance will not pay the amount and you get stuck paying. Horrible experience
Ochsner ER arranged transport of patient to different facility. Family had been at ER since 11 a.m. ETA for transport 8:38 pm. Actual arrival 10:30 a.m. THE NEXT FN DAY. Firmly believe it’s a collaboration. Ochsner WINS BIG $$$$$$ The longer they keep the patient, the more profitable. Also used Acadian in 2019 for myself for a vertigo episode. Got a HUGE bill.
