Worst service I ever experienced a few months ago. The driver seemed to be a junkie with scabs all over his hands and they both smelled like ashtrays. Went for high blood pressure isssues. The dude kept spraying me with nytro stuff. About ten mouth sprays. And then the idiot thought he was some sort of psychologist and started asking about my military service and ptsd. And then told the intake charge nurse a bunch of bull. Wish there was a better service with better people.

Acadian Ambulance Service took my son to the hospital in 2021. Trip took 10-15 minutes. No treatment needed. My insurance paid them. They sent a balance bill asking for more. I had my insurance renegotiate again, paying a few hundred more in settlement. A few months later I get another bill. Once again my insurance told me they were charging more than the normal rates, but agreed to try again to settle. More was paid. And now in 2023 they sent me a bill for 400. more. Yesterday was a bad one for me. Fortunately I had Stacey Bankhead as my Paramedic and his partner Berry. Stacey, in my opinion, was the perfect medic for me. By the time we made it to the ER I was ready to go home. Unfortunately for me, we were there until midnight ish. Ya'll have a really great crew. I would trust them with my life.
